Day 1 — Mountain biking, canoeing, Marimbus and the Rio Roncador
We start our tour at 08:00 in the morning, leaving Lençóis by mountain bike. After a 4 km climb, we ride a natural sand trail for 2 hours (26 km) to reach the small hamlet of Remanso.
From there begins an idyllic 1.5-hour rowing-boat trip across the Marimbus (the mini wetlands), framed by the Serra do Sincorá. The wetland region was formed by the meeting of two rivers (Rio Santo Antônio and Rio Utinga) and is especially fascinating for its varied plant and animal life. Along the way you may occasionally spot birds and capuchin monkeys. On rare occasions you might even see capybaras and caimans.
After crossing the Rio Roncador we cycle on to the Casarão, an old country house where a typical regional lunch is served. We then walk for 20 minutes to the "Roncador pools", with large natural whirlpools and a number of small waterfalls and rock slides.
Afterwards we cycle for two and a half hours along a historic road back to Lençóis, arriving in the late afternoon. Along the way we cross several shallow rivers. We also ride narrower trails that call for plenty of strength and technique.

Day 2 — Abseiling in the Lapão cave
The starting point is Lençóis, from where we set off towards Brazil's largest quartzite cave, the "Gruta do Lapão".
After a good hour of walking, we are rewarded with the view of the cave's impressive mouth, framed by enormous rock formations. After a short break, it is time to abseil. Each participant will be able to abseil at least twice inside the cave.
In the labyrinth of galleries you can hear the sound of the underground Lapão stream, which continues on outside the cave. We then return along the same route for around 50 minutes to Lençóis.
